Sarah, she of Newbie in the Arctic, has been staying at the House this week, while up in Arctic Bay on business. It's always nice to meet other bloggers in person (despite her calling me a "Grandfather". Its Godfather of Nunavut Blogging. Godfather!). Nunavut is small enough that you have pretty good odds of running into other bloggers, but spread out so much that it doesn't happen all that often.) Up here I've run into about five, not including Darcy and Kendra (who have abandoned me for the south).
The trouble with meeting other bloggers is that we are so used to interacting with each other through this medium that it can be a hard habit to break. So here is Sarah blogging about me, blogging about her.

Just arrange for a caribou head to be left in her bed in Pang and she’ll get the message…;)
You ARE very grandfatherly. To get your “godfather” title back, you’re gonna have to start busting kneecaps.
Thanks for being wireless. I can just imagine the spaghetti of wires and cables engulfing the room.
Hahahahaha…
Sorry bout that… I couldn’t remember if it was “godfather” or “grandfather”…!
…a Caribou head in my bed eh? I don’t think that’s really required here– I got the message and won’t make the mistake again!!
I’m jealous!
Kia ora Clare,
I have had great experiences meeting a few fellow bloggers. It is great to validate the connections. On a side note love the top three albums on your music list. Fleetwood Mac is coming to New Zealand in Dec. for one show here in the north island and I have scored tickets. Mavis’s album, produced by Ry Cooder is awesome, and of course so is Steve Earle. Have a great visit, and a great day.
Cheers,
Robb
Love the picture!
Hey Craig, I think you scared her with the caribou head. The threat seems to have done the trick, but should she stray again….
I am NOT the grandfatherly type. NO NO NO Megan. I can barely muster up the fatherly type. Besides, grandfathers are old, I’m young. At heart?
No, no cables here, they’re all under my desk Dave. But astute observers, at least those familiar with Macs should be able to tell something about my laptop.
It was a fun post Sarah. Nice having you up here for a visit.
Well Tina, you just have to hurry up and visit.
Hey Robb. I remember your post about meeting some bloggers, very nice. Its funny but of the five songs up there now, Fleetwood Mac’s is my least favourite (sorry Megan). Not that I don’t like it. If you like Mavis Staples, you’ll probably enjoy Sweet Honey on The Rock, an accappela Gospel/Folk group. And Old Crow Medicine Show is a great bluegrassy sort of group, that you’d probably also like.
Thanks aufildutemps.
