Here’s a couple of northern blogs that you should take the time to check out.
Larry is a friend of mine from Kugluktuk (we bought the Fort Hearne from him), who has been a long time resident of the Arctic. He started blogging this weekend and Larry’s Arctic Blog promises to give you some insight from his side of the Arctic. It is unique as the vast vast majority of Arctic Bloggers are new to the north and come from the perspective of someone experiencing the north for the first time, whereas Larry is a genuine "old timer" having been here since 1970.
Adventures in Medicine have been on my sidebar for a little while now and I’ve come to quite enjoy reading their blog. Julia and Aaron are doctors splitting time between Iqaluit and the Lower Mainland of BC. I find their posts quite insightful, and very well written.
So, what are you waiting for? Time’s a wastin’.

Isn’t it great how many northern blogs there are now? I love hearing about what’s going on in all the different communities.
