Okay, I've recovered from the week long hangover of The Nunies, and hopefully will get back to regular programming. Its funny, I've not had any shortage of things to write just a shortage of, desire. And strangely, even though I know its counter-productive to maintaining an audience for this little corner of the blogospher, I felt no need to write something without that desire.
But the sun is almost back, the weather is cold and the world is ripe with possibilities. Stay tuned.

I’m just curious, do you wear Canada Goose parka? Also, I just want to let you know I’m not one of the ‘crazed’ people who want a CG just for ‘fashion’. No. I want warmth. I know that southern weather is OBVIOUSLY not like up north, but still I am a person who needs to feel warm, lol.
Anyways, if you do own a CG, could you write a post on it telling what you do and do not like…etc.
Thanks!
Keep up the good posts…I always enjoy reading your blog! (I discovered your blog in the summer).
I own a similar parka Melodie, I just don’t wear it often. Usually I’ll wear it on winter trips out on the land. For day to day wear I wear a ski jacket. I have a light down one that is more than warm enough for walking around town or short trips out on the land in the coldest weather. The photo labeled “About” shows the type of jacket I usually wear, although I have a new model this year.
Thanks. It seems like you feel warm easily! Pretty handy for where you’re living. Not sure if I could manage the tough climate there, but would LOVE to explore the arctic though!!!
Take care:).
