The other day I was over at Amy's blog …on the present moment, and commented on her new theme. Its nice and clean and a couple of the fonts caught my eye. So I asked her what the fonts were and she told me, and pointed me to Dafont.com…
That was a mistake. Thousands of fonts, for free, equals Clare spending even more time on the computer, eating up my bandwidth downloading font after font after font. Somebody stop me.

I know what you are going through Clare … and intervention is pointless. Although I do wish that I did back up my font library before i installed 10.5 (oops – kinda forgot to do that … at least I remembered to back up all of my photos and music).
Oh no. Not fonts. Anything but fonts. ‘Kay, by now. Gotta go.
I have managed to avoid going font-crazy with my new computer so far, but now that I’m reminded of the free fonts, that might not last much longer.
LOL. Sorry Clare. You have to admit it is a great site though. Everything you could possible ever want. And FREE!
I was worried that intervention would be pointless Kennie.
I think, Liza and John, that it is safe for all of us to blame Amy for this.
It is a great site Amy. I still am ploughing through it. Unfortunately I’ve been downloading fonts onto three different computers and have no idea where anything is now. Thanks for pointing it out, really.
HAHA. Sorry Clare. Really I had no idea that you struggled with this kind of an addiction… 🙂
Oh I struggle with all sorts of, well let’s call them “interests”.
